1. 学期和学费
在拂晓中文学校, 由于语言学习的特殊性，我们的学期是每年9月份到次年的6月份。支付学费的方式可以是email转帐， 支票和现金。
At Sunrise Mandarin School, It is always by school year, from current year September till Next Year June. The payment of tuition can be: Email Transfer, Cheque, or Cash.
2. 试课
学生可以试课，如果学生在试课结束后决定参加课程，学费需要包括试课的学费。如果不参加课程，试课免费。
Students can take trial classes. If the student decides to continue with the registration after trial class, the tuition will include the trial class. If the student decides not to continue, the trial class will be free.
3. Sibling Discount （兄弟姐妹折扣）
For families who have two or more children enrolled in Sunrise Mandarin School, the younger children will receive 5% Discount.
如果一个家庭里有多个孩子都在拂晓中文学校学习， 年纪小的孩子可以得到5% 折扣。
4. Refund Policy (退款政策)
如果学生不准备继续课程， 除了已经上过的学费之外对退学费我们会收$50的管理费 加上HST。
If a student decide to discontinue a course, And the refund will be arranged. We will charge prorated Tuition plus $50 admin fee and HST.
由于有些课程人数不多， 为了保障所有家长和孩子的利益，任何退课会导致课程班级被取消，我们将不办理退费。
Due to some classes are in the smaller size, any withdrawing of the students will result in the cancellation of the class, then we are not going to do refund.
5. Class Absence （缺课）
如果学生缺课， 请送email, 我们会尽量安排补课。如果个人原因缺课，学校不退费。
If a class is missed for any reason, please send email to try to find the make up class. No refund for the missing class for personal reason.
